Before you order

• Access route. Assembled footprint is 33.46L X 43.30W X 74.8H in.  . It arrives flat-packed, but plan the widest crate through every gate and turn between the kerb and the final position.
• Assembly. Supplied as a kit for self-assembly. Two people and a few hours is the realistic expectation, not one person and an afternoon.
• Delivery is kerbside only. The driver unloads at the end of your driveway and goes. Arrange help to move it into place.

Shipping and delivery

Free curbside freight delivery to the contiguous United States. A residential or business address is required, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

This item ships by LTL freight and typically arrives 7 to 20 business days after dispatch. The carrier contacts you to book a delivery window, and you must be present to receive it or the freight company may charge a redelivery fee. Curbside delivery does not include placement, unpacking, installation or removal of packaging.

Inspect before you sign. Note any visible damage to the crate on the delivery receipt, or refuse the delivery outright. If the crate looks sound, sign for it, then open and inspect the sauna within 3 days. Concealed damage reported after that window cannot be claimed, so please do not leave the crate unopened.

Returns and warranty

30-day returns from the date of delivery. Contact us for a Return Merchant Authorization number before sending anything back.

Damaged or faulty on arrival. Replacement parts are supplied at no cost and dispatched within 48 hours. If the unit cannot be put right, you are entitled to a replacement, a full refund or store credit. No restocking fee applies.

Change of mind. The sauna must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies to anything not returned in original condition. Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of receipt.
