Email is the fastest way to reach us in writing, and we answer within one business day. Our registered office is an address for legal service, not a shop or a warehouse — please do not send returns there. Return instructions are in our Returns Policy.

Where we sell

Amber & Ice sells to customers in the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars and orders are fulfilled from within the United States. The company behind the store is UK-registered, which is why UK company details appear on this page; it does not affect your delivery, your prices, or the consumer protections available to you where you live.

Responsibility for content

Primbase Ltd is responsible for the editorial content of this site. Product specifications, images and descriptions are supplied by the manufacturers whose goods we sell and remain their material; we publish them in good faith and check them where we can, but we do not manufacture these products and cannot warrant a manufacturer's own figures.

Product safety and manufacturer responsibility

Every product sold here is manufactured by a third party and carries that manufacturer's warranty, certifications and safety instructions. The manufacturer's manual takes precedence over anything written on this site. Nothing on this site is medical advice — see clause 1 of our Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

The Amber & Ice name, logo, site design and original written content are the property of Primbase Ltd. Manufacturer trademarks, product names and product photography belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods we sell. You may not reproduce our original material commercially without written permission.

Where we link to manufacturer sites, published research or other external resources, we do not control that content and accept no responsibility for it. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

Accuracy

We take care to keep prices, specifications and availability correct, but errors happen and manufacturers revise their products without notice. Where an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with a materially wrong specification, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email support@amberandice.com with your order number and we will respond within one business day. We would always rather resolve a complaint directly than have you escalate it, and we will tell you plainly when we think we are at fault.

Governing law

These matters are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country or state of residence.
