What to tell us

If you're choosing between units, these five things get you a straight answer in one reply rather than four:

  • The room — length, width, and ceiling height, plus whether it's heated space, a garage, or outdoors.
  • Access — the narrowest doorway, stairwell or gate the crate has to pass through. Measure it; don't estimate.
  • The floor — concrete slab, timber joists, tile, or deck. Cold plunges are heavy when full.
  • The circuit — the voltage and amperage of the outlet you'd use, and what else is already on it.
  • Delivery — whether a 48 ft freight truck can reach your address, and whether anyone will be home on a weekday.

Existing orders

Quote your order number and we'll pull the freight tracking. Once a pallet leaves the warehouse it moves on the carrier's schedule, not ours, and transit times on heavy freight vary more than parcel shipping — we'll always tell you what the carrier has actually told us rather than an estimate.

Damage

Inspect the pallet before you sign for it. If there is visible damage to the crate, note it on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves and photograph it. That note is what makes a freight damage claim straightforward instead of impossible. Then email the photos to support@amberandice.com the same day.
